Hot air circulation drying oven is a hot air circulation system. It adopts the fan circulation air supply method, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The air source is driven by the circulating air supply motor (using a contactless switch) to drive the wind wheel through the heater to send out the hot air, and then through the air duct to the inner room of the drying oven, and then the used air is sucked into the air duct to become the air source for recirculation and heating.

Generally, drying ovens with heating tubes and circulating fans can be called hot air circulation drying ovens, because no matter what the structure of the drying oven is, whether the wind direction is horizontal or vertical, in the final analysis, hot air circulates inside, so they can all be called hot air circulation drying ovens, such as electric heating blast drying ovens, double-door high-temperature sterilization drying ovens, etc.
Working principle:
The air circulation system of the hot air circulation drying oven adopts the fan circulation air supply method, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. When the temperature value fluctuates due to the opening and closing of the door, the air supply circulation system quickly resumes the operating state until the set temperature value is reached.
Structure:
The hot air circulation drying box is composed of angle steel, stainless steel plate and cold steel plate. The insulation layer is filled with high-density aluminum silicate wool, which ensures the thermal insulation of the drying box and the safety of the user. The heater can be installed at the bottom, top or both sides. Use a digital display intelligent instrument to control the temperature. There are two designs of hot air circulation drying box ducts: horizontal air supply and vertical air supply.
